Robert Rouse Book Dedication - April 10, 2014
Withlacoochee Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution were at the
Hernando West Library on April 10th, to make a Book Dedication in honor of fallen Compatriot Robert Rouse. Members of Withlacoochee Chapter were joined by Karen Davis, a dedicated and loving Companion of Robert Rouse, and Reference Librarian, Robin Bravard, for the Presentation and Dedication of the Book “Perils of Peace” by Thomas Fleming.
The Presentation was made by Withlacoochee Chapter President, Robert Folk. The ceremony activities were concluded by a Chapter Resolution honoring Robert Rouse which was read by the Chapter Secretary Larry Sturgeon, who presented a copy to Companion Karen Davis and made note a copy would also be sent to the family of Robert Rouse (they do not live in this area). Robert was survived by his children Bryan, LoreLi, Drucilla and nine Grand Children and three Great Grand Children.
