On June 2, 2018 Russ Gibson, Becky Gibson and Doug Brock and several others, sponsored by the DAR, removed flags from the graves at The Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. These flags were placed on the graves for Memorial Day.

On May 27, 2018 Jim Echlin, Doug Brock, Russ Gibson and Jim's grandson, Anthony Costa and Becky Gibson attended “Flags In” at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Flags were placed at all grave sites in section #301. 1500 flags were placed by approx 18 people
