October 10, 2015 Members Meeting
Our guest speaker was FLSSAR President Lawrence G. Fehrenbaker Sr., MD.
Color Guard Posted the Colors as a State sanctioned event.
The 2015 October general meeting of the Withlacoochee Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution was highlighted by the attendance of FLSSAR President Larry Fehrenbaker. Fehrenbaker spoke at length regarding the major changes being made at the National Society level to update operations of the national organization into the age of digital communications. In addition, he reviewed the progress being made at the New Louisville, KY SAR National Society Headquarters offices, and the Genealogical Library Center. FLSSAR President Fehrenbaker presented numerous awards to chapter members as our guest speaker.

Jeanne Fehrenbaker was recognized with the presentation of a Withlacoochee Auxiliary necklace that Dot Day had made. (She did wear it at the State Auxiliary meeting at the recent BOM)
