Eagle Scout SAR Certificate of Recognition - May 15, 2014
On the evening of May 15, 2014, Webster City Hall, Webster City Councilman Paul Remis, the proud parent of 13 year old Pablo Remis, was on hand to witness Pablo receive his Eagle Scout Award. Pablo is a member of Scout Troop 439 of Bushnell, Florida, Chartered to the First United Methodist Church of Bushnell, Florida.
On behalf of SAR Eagle Scout Chairman Charles L. Day Jr. the Withlacoochee Chapter Sons of the American Revolution were at the event and represented by Chapter President Robert J. Folk and Secretary Larry D. Sturgeon. Larry spoke briefly on the Sons of the American Revolution and Scouting. He also noted that there was a partnership between the BSA and the Sons of the American Revolution and presented Pablo with an embroidered Patch representing the two organizations.
President Folk and Larry Sturgeon also brought sincere Congratulations, good will and good wishes as well as an official framed, Sons of the American Revolution certificate of RECOGNITION to Pablo Remis for his good work in attaining his Eagle award.
