Cancelled due to Corona Virus
Dear Patriotic Organizations, Compatriots, Daughters and Children and guests,
I just received notice that the Mayor Lenny Curry has cancelled all Public Parks - closed to prevent the spread of this virus. (see below email)
I also called our backup location Sheltair and Kirk was very kind but his organization would not want us to have our organization at this facility like we once had it before due to bad weather.
We might be able to plan it later on in the year, but I think this virus will again be with us through the Fall iand pray that it does not go into next year in ordre to plan next years Thomas Creek Ceremony..
I have tried to contact most of you with this email - but there are ones I do not have email addresses or contact info.- please call or contact those who you think might be interested so they can cancel their hotel/motel reservations (like me for our staging hotel).
Please pray for this nation and world that this deadly virus will not be spread like the Spainish Flu from WWI.
