Bronze Good Citizenship Medal and Certificate

John Houyou being presented his Bronze Good Citizenship Medal and Certificate by Past Withlacoochee President, Charles L. Day. It took place at VFW Post 10209 on the evening of March 26, 2014. John was unable to attend our March 2014 meeting due to medical circumstances. Among other worthy things John had done was his many years of work as a certified and trained Post Service Officer. His receiving this medal brought him a well deserved round of applause and many Congratulations.
